Job Title: Technology Risk in Change Specialist

At our organisation, we are seeking a skilled Technology Risk in Change Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in technology risk management to contribute to the success of our Core Modernisation program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align demands of the Core Modernisation program with expectations of operational risk and control owners.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide subject matter expertise, coaching, training, and guidance to support the CoreMod program in its risk management practices.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years + experience in a Line 1 or Line 2 risk and compliance role, preferably within banking or financial services.
  • Demonstrated experience within technology risk in change roles.
  • Understanding of Bank-wide (or similar organisation) risk and compliance management frameworks, policies, and standards.
  • Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
