This role provides business partnership support to junior team members. A key aspect is collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities and foster a supportive and inclusive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leaders and the P&C team to execute people strategies and cyclical P&C events.
  • Influence, contribute, plan, and deliver P&C projects and initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations cases including performance, conduct, behavior, and probation.
  • Provide day-to-day support and advice to employees and leaders regarding all people-related matters and policy guidance.
  • Assist with HR analytics and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate Workers Compensation and return-to-work processes.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience providing high-level support to internal stakeholders.
  • Intermediate understanding of HR best practice principles and knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to support, challenge, and influence.
