Senior Chef

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Chef who is dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences and ensuring seamless service. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading by example, promoting innovation, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Prepare and present creative menu items that showcase your culinary skills and creativity.
  • Work collaboratively with our Sous and Executive Chefs to develop and execute new menus and concepts.
  • Supervise and mentor junior chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Liaise with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination between the kitchen and dining areas.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a senior chef in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
  • A passion for food, cooking, and innovative cuisine.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
