Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Culinary Innovator to join our team at Harbour Rocks Hotel in The Rocks precinct. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, where every dish tells a story.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a diverse range of dishes to the highest standard with careful attention to recipes and artful presentation. They will also ensure a clean, well-organized, and efficient kitchen, maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a Commercial kitchen as Commis or similar role within a similar restaurant or hotel.
  • Formal culinary training, such as a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, showcasing your commitment to the craft.
  • A true passion for high-quality, innovative dishes.
  • A collaborative spirit, with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and efficiency, thriving in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
