Rehabilitation Consultant

Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping individuals return to work after experiencing workplace injuries or illnesses.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to assess and develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans that address the unique needs of each client. You will work closely with clients, healthcare professionals, and employers to ensure a smooth transition back to work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of clients' abilities and limitations
  • Developing tailored rehabilitation plans that meet clients' needs
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and employers to implement rehabilitation plans
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the rehabilitation process

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC, AASW
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
