About PCYC Alligator Creek OSHC

Job Description:

Salary: $30.70 - $37.28 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

This role involves providing exceptional care and supervision to children, working collaboratively with our team to deliver a high-quality education and care service. You will be responsible for creating a supportive culture of safety and inspiring positive change in your community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with and effectively supervising children
  • Contributing to the delivery of a high-quality education and care service
  • Acknowledging and supporting the unique strengths, needs, and interests of the whole child

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • No formal qualifications are required, but a minimum Certificate III qualification in an area relevant to working with children is preferred
  • Experience working within the OSHC or long day care sector is desirable
  • Ability to respond to the needs and concerns of children to ensure quality service meets agreed standards
