As a Workplace Ambassador at one of the leading companies in AU, you will be responsible for building community by connecting our people with solutions. This involves fostering togetherness, empowering our staff, and providing friendly and responsive resolutions to our everyday office operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for office operations and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Assist in managing budgets, processing invoices, and identifying financial opportunities and discrepancies
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of our offices, handling any necessary repairs or improvements
  • Conduct regular safety audits and participate in emergency procedures to ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Analyze problems, implement long-term solutions, and achieve Key Performance Indicators

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in property/facilities management, hospitality, hotel management or luxury corporate concierge
  • Strong administrative, communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives
  • A professional and friendly corporate image to clients
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure
  • SOME knowledge of occupational safety requirements (advantageous)
