About the Opportunity

As a Community Liaison Specialist, you will act as the primary point of contact for our community, providing exceptional customer service and supporting our Community Management team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building a collaborative community environment through events and member engagement
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of our building and processes
  • Driving growth and promotion of our service offerings
  • Taking direction from the Community Lead and Manager to support the Community Team

You will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our community and help us achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

  • Cover the front desk during business hours and be an on-site point of contact
  • Greet members and guests with a warm welcome
  • Ensure visiting guests comply with our guest policy
  • Learn member and guest names to build relationships
  • Anticipate member and guest needs using relevant information
  • Keep the front desk clean and organized
  • Notify members of food deliveries and couriers
  • Answer questions related to the building, including way-finding and policies

Events and Membership Engagement:

  • Provide feedback on programming types and evaluate event success
  • Celebrate member successes and milestones
  • Distribute event information and posters
  • Ensure operational requirements are met for each event
  • Input notes into our system about members
  • Identify opportunities to connect members
  • Know and recommend local services and amenities
  • Be active on our member network to engage members
  • Communicate WeWork policies and updates to members

Building Operations and Management:

  • Receive, process, and sort mail
  • Lokate and issue post via our regional system
  • Keep the mailroom organized and clean
  • Return to Sender for unidentified mail
  • Investigate, escalate, and resolve 'lost' packages
  • Manage keycard stock and collect keys upon move-out
  • Review location and use of emergency equipment
  • Support automated coffee machine for guests and members
