Job Title: Team Lead for Clinical Governance

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the strategic delivery of high-quality in-home nursing services across Melbourne.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership in clinical governance, ensuring our services meet the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Oversee compliance with aged care legislation, accreditation, and quality standards.
  • Lead and support clinical teams in the safe delivery of complex clinical interventions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, audits, and risk management processes.
  • Foster a culture of learning and development within the nursing workforce.
  • Develop operational strategies that support sustainable growth and high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management to ensure a skilled team.
Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Extensive experience in community nursing and aged care.
  • Experience in business development and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of aged care quality standards and risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage clinical risk and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A current Police Check and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
