Rehabilitation Services Manager

The role of the Rehabilitation Services Manager is a pivotal position within our transitional centre, facilitating effective rehabilitation and reducing re-offending.

This involves leading and managing operations to support successful reintegration into the community for female inmates.

  • Deliver high-quality services that cater to the diverse needs of offenders, ensuring timely delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of professional growth, teamwork, and ethical behaviour among staff through strong leadership and coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational objectives and community safety standards while providing exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated support services, promoting effective reintegration strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for support services.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to staff on career development and performance management.
  • Supporting offenders in their rehabilitation journey through personalised assistance and resources.
  • Managing daily operations to maintain efficient service delivery.
Requirements
  • Qualifications in human services or equivalent experience in frontline human service delivery.
  • Working with Children Check clearance.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software.
  • Proven conflict resolution, negotiation, and resource management skills.
