Job Title: Transitional Centre Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced manager to lead our Transitional Centre operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the rehabilitation and reintegration of offenders into the community.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective support services to enhance resident outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to staff to promote a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated reintegration support.
  • Manage business requirements for a diverse offender base, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a human services field (or equivalent experience).
  • Working with Children Check clearance.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency.
  • Strong conflict management, negotiation, and people skills.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo a National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check clearance.
