Your new role :

In this exciting role as a Business Central Functional Consultant, you will have to help our clients achieve their business goals through effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
• Work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and map them to Business Central functionalities.
• Conduct detailed business analysis sessions to gather client requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and design documents.
• Configure and customize Business Central to meet specific business needs.
• Ensure the system setup aligns with best practices and optimizes performance.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users and administrators.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users to ensure effective use of the system.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using Business Central capabilities.
• Implement workflow automation and other efficiency-enhancing features.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, customizations, and business processes.
• Develop user guides, training manuals, and technical documentation.
• Develop test plans and conduct thorough testing of the Business Central system to ensure it meets client requirements.
• Identify and resolve any issues or bugs during the testing phase.
• Assist with data migration strategies and execute data migration tasks to transition from legacy systems to Business Central.
• Ensure seamless integration with other business applications and systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates on project progress and milestones.
• Work with developers to design and implement customizations and enhancements to Business Central.
• Ensure custom solutions are scalable and maintainable.
• Ensure the system complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Implement security measures to protect business data and ensure data privacy.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve system functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT staff, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and coordination to ensure successful project outcomes.

What you'll require for success :

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
