Our organization seeks a qualified and experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Trainer and Assessor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver face-to-face training programs for Diploma of Hospitality Management.
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and foster a positive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and utilize intermediate administration/computer skills to manage assessments and evaluations.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve program goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Relevant industry experience and qualifications, including successful completion of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Hold a current driver's license and be willing to complete a Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Ability to work effectively in an online environment using Learning Management Systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industry qualification at/or above delivery level.
  • Verified credentials and trainer matrix.
  • Contractor status with ABN and insurances.
