About the Role

As a key member of our design team, we are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter to produce high-quality construction drawings and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • We require the candidate to produce construction drawings for buildings using ArchiCAD, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
  • The successful candidate will revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and construction teams.
  • The individual must ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • They will coordinate with other disciplines such as civil and structural engineers, planners, etc., for integrated designs.
  • The Architectural Drafter will assist Architects in the design development and documentation phases.
  • They will prepare conceptual sketches and 3D models to communicate design ideas.
