Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Canadian Solar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities in the Energy Storage market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the Energy Storage segment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and manage business plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Travel as required to attend industry events, meet with customers and partners, and conduct business development activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Energy Storage, Wind, and Solar industry.
  • Proven track record of business development experience, with a strong understanding of the Energy Storage market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm, with a passion for driving business growth and innovation.
