Job Summary:

The Process Executive will be responsible for the onboarding of new clients, documentation collection and verification, and proposal preparation support. This role requires strong communication skills to ensure seamless client interactions.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, proficiency in CRM systems, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding: Collect and verify client documentation to initiate business relationships.
  • Proposal Preparation: Support the Business Development team in preparing customized health insurance proposals and quotations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposal submissions, and application status.
  • Application Coordination: Work with underwriting and policy servicing teams to ensure timely processing of new applications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong Communication and Organizational Skills.
  • Fluency in English (speak, read, and write).

Nice to Have: Basic understanding of health insurance products and services, Cantonese, Mandarin language proficiency.
