We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to fill a Customer Service Representative role. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who excels at delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a clean, stocked, and welcoming store environment.
About the RoleAs a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive outstanding service, assistance, and support. Your primary duties will include:
- Providing personalized attention to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new arrivals and promotions.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain a tidy store, and ensure seamless customer flow.
- Embracing a culture of teamwork, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

- The ability to work independently as well as within a dynamic team environment.
- A willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
- A current police clearance certificate.
