We're on the hunt for a motivated and technically skilled Service Technician to join our dynamic field service team. If you take pride in your workmanship, enjoy solving technical issues, and value a professional, customer-focused work environment, we want to hear from you.

As a Service Technician, you will work closely with Branch Administrators and Service Controllers to deliver exceptional service to our clients across a wide range of office equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend on-site service calls for preventative maintenance, equipment faults, installations, and connectivity support.

  • Minimise customer downtime by delivering efficient, high-quality repairs and maintenance.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed service reports for each job.

  • Demonstrate professionalism and quality workmanship in all tasks.

  • Take ownership of tools, service equipment, company vehicle, and maintain vehicle stock levels.

  • Actively participate in internal training programs and upskilling opportunities.

  • Assist with general maintenance of workshop, warehouse, and logistics areas as required.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:
Essential:

  • Hands-on experience with copiers, printers, scanners, and multifunction devices (preferably Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Sharp, Brother).

  • Effective communication and customer service skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of personal accountability.

  • Commercial judgment and the ability to make cost-effective service decisions.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team.

  • Willingness to continuously learn and grow within the role.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of Document Management Systems and online support tools.

  • Basic IT and connectivity troubleshooting skills related to printing devices.

  • Sales awareness and ability to identify potential opportunities.
