As a Service Technician, you will work closely with Branch Administrators and Service Controllers to deliver exceptional service to our clients across a wide range of office equipment.
Key Responsibilities

Attend on-site service calls for preventative maintenance, equipment faults, installations, and connectivity support.

Minimise customer downtime by delivering efficient, high-quality repairs and maintenance.

Maintain accurate and detailed service reports for each job.

Demonstrate professionalism and quality workmanship in all tasks.

Take ownership of tools, service equipment, company vehicle, and maintain vehicle stock levels.
-
Actively participate in internal training programs and upskilling opportunities.

Assist with general maintenance of workshop, warehouse, and logistics areas as required.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Essential:

Hands-on experience with copiers, printers, scanners, and multifunction devices (preferably Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Sharp, Brother).

Effective communication and customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of personal accountability.

Commercial judgment and the ability to make cost-effective service decisions.
-
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
-
Willingness to continuously learn and grow within the role.
Desirable:

Understanding of Document Management Systems and online support tools.

Basic IT and connectivity troubleshooting skills related to printing devices.

Sales awareness and ability to identify potential opportunities.
