About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Port Hedland, WA. This role is critical in delivering exceptional service to customers and meeting their needs.
This position involves providing excellent customer service, responding to sales queries, quoting customers, liaising with other locations and departments to source products, and attending to administrative requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing sales enquiries within the branch, over the phone, over the counter, and via email
- Building engaging relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Processing customer quotes, orders, and managing the end-to-end customer relationship
- Attending to administrative tasks, including reconciling daily banking, preparing test certificates, filing, and archiving
- Providing product-based and technical information to ensure customers consider the right product for their application
- Ensuring customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
- Taking ownership of continuing and cultivating all customer relationships

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Sales and customer service experience, with the ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a proactive approach
- Comprehensive computer experience, with the ability to learn internal applications
- Strong time management skills, with a solution-focused approach to problem-solving
- A safety mindset, promoting all things safety within the workplace
- The ability to focus on completion of allocated tasks and have a high attention to detail
