As part of our caring community, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality daily care, tailored to each resident's unique needs and preferences. This includes assisting with activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as supporting residents with recreational and social activities.

About the Role

This casual position involves sleepovers and offers the opportunity to work across multiple communities. You will provide safe and effective personal care, following individual care plans, and foster strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver daily personal care services, adhering to individual care plans
  • Provide kind, respectful, and personalized care that supports resident choice and independence
  • Assist with tasks including medical support, domestic cleaning, and general administrative duties
  • Support residents with recreational and social activities, promoting a sense of community and engagement
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Health Services Assistance
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Current Police Check clearance (we can assist with this)
  • Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up to date
