Capital Transactions Senior Analyst

Robert Walters is seeking a highly skilled Capital Transactions Senior Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong financial modelling skills and real estate experience to work in the property funds sector across transactions and exiting investments.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the financial modelling process to assess investment returns at both the asset and fund level.
- Ensure all key strategic transactions such as acquisitions, divestments, developments, and refinancing are reflected and up-to-date.
- Prepare investment committee papers for prospective acquisitions or other key strategic transactions.
- Execute transactions from cradle to grave.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry news relevant to capital transactions.
- Strong financial modelling skills within a similar capital transactions or investment management role in property funds.
- Real estate experience across several asset classes.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills.
