Expert Lead for Asset Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management professional to lead the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of our Maximo-based Asset Services Platform.
- Design, configure, and deploy IBM Maximo / MAS.
- Ensure Maximo / MAS aligns with business needs, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Provide technical guidance on architecture, APIs, middleware, and data flows across Maximo / MAS platforms.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration between systems, including Maximo, Workday, and Mendix platforms. Assist in the design, implementation, and support of system integrations with other systems.
Key Responsibilities- Substantial direct experience with IBM Maximo (v.7.6+ and MAS 8/9).
- Strong knowledge of Maximo modules: Asset, Work, Inventory, Procurement.
- Proven experience with workflow configuration, security groups, and domain management.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide Maximo/MAS deployments.
- Proficiency in Automation Scripts (Python, JavaScript), REST/SOAP APIs, and Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), as well as SQL and working with DB2 or Oracle databases.
