Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Years Manager to lead our Early Years Management program and drive success. As an Early Years Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, financial management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive success in our Early Years Management program
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, financial management, and compliance
  • Collaborate with State Operations and National Funding Teams to implement strategic initiatives and advocate for quality early education
  • Foster a high-performance culture, driving operational excellence and aligning goals with our strategic vision
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and advocate for children, families, and the sector

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field or relevant experience
  • Leadership experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting or in a comparable organisation with a focus on governance
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of early childhood education principles, practices, and regulations
  • Valid Victorian Working With Children Check
  • Valid Victorian drivers license
