We connect passionate early childhood educators with opportunities across Australia and New Zealand. Our clients range from boutique exceeding early learning centres to community-managed not-for-profits.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive above award wages under an enterprise agreement, 9-day working fortnights, five weeks of annual leave paid with leave loading of 20%, three weeks of personal leave per year, an annual Christmas bonus, discounted childcare, and individualised professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding educational programs to young children
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and the wider community
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote quality education and care
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A ACECQA Approved Diploma qualification (not working towards)
  • WWCC and current First Aid training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills with exceptional ability to engage others
  • A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
