As a Campus Director, you will play a critical role in bringing this vision to life. Working collaboratively with our operations, children services, people & culture, and family support teams, you will be accountable for campus management, including educational leadership and financial performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children at all times
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to team members through Educational Leadership
  • Maintaining open, professional communication with families
  • Modelling and driving our HEART principles and leadership practice

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher qualification
  • At least 2 years' leadership experience
  • A team-based, collaborative approach to your work
  • Excellent communication skills
