The Opportunity

We have opportunities for casual Enrolled Nurses or Registered Nurses to join our team at Rochedale Gardens Retirement Living. In this role, you will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure clinical and interpersonal outcomes are exceeded. Your experience will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to work across a number of our neighbouring communities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise and educate Personal Care Attendants to ensure the delivery of person-centred care at the highest possible standard
  • Ensure all residents receive general and support services in line with resident contracts and care plans and be accountable for all medication management
  • Respond to any first aid and medical emergencies
  • Maintain effective inter-personal relationships with residents and wider stakeholders
  • Liaise effectively with external service providers who provide care within the community
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration and current CPR certificate (required)
  • Minimum six (6) months experience in Community Care, Aged Care, Home Care or Retirement Living (highly desired)
  • Current Police Check clearance (required, however we can complete for you)
  • Minimum two (2) COVID-19 Vaccaintions (required)
  • Trustworthy, reliable & enjoy working in a team environment
