We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our market compliance efforts in the corporate and investment banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compliance strategies for equities-related business activities, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of regulatory and compliance risks within existing and proposed business initiatives.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with global compliance counterparts to stay informed about regional and global initiatives.
  • Evaluate new products and initiatives from a compliance perspective.
  • Design and execute compliance training programs.
  • Develop and disseminate compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with markets businesses, including equities and fixed income, currencies, and commodities is an asset.
