Job Title: Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team at Mt Ommaney. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising and leading high-performing teams, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide personal and memorable customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences
  • Coach and train Team Members to become top performers
  • Provide high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
  • MERchandise to showcase our range of products
  • Operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, general housekeeping and retail business administration tasks
