Key Responsibilities
  • Pathway Development: Designing and delivering Apprentice and Graduate pathways aligned to business needs.
  • Program Management: Leading program development from curriculum design to evaluation.
  • Collaboration and Compliance: Collaborating with TAFEs, RTOs, and Training Services NSW to maintain program compliance and quality.
  • Career Coaching: Coaching apprentices, graduates, and coordinators.
  • Industry Engagement: Engaging with industry forums to influence future standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Technical Workforce Experience: Experience in technical workforce development (energy/utilities preferred).
  • Apprenticeship and Graduate Frameworks: Strong knowledge of apprenticeship and graduate program frameworks.
  • Leadership and People Management: Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication ability.
