This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Commercial and Contract Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing commercial and contractual aspects of our business, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong legal knowledge, particularly in commercial and contracts, with relevant tertiary qualifications in Legal, Finance or Business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies and actions to manage commercial risk.
- Providing exceptional customer service and communication skills to negotiate with customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the finance team to achieve commercial outcomes and enhance business profitability.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys contractual compliance, processes, and negotiation skills that can influence outcomes.
