Senior Performance/NFT Engineer

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of performance engineering and NFT technology. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing high-impact performance testing strategies to ensure the delivery of exceptional high-performing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop performance testing strategies to ensure high availability, throughput, and service system APIs.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to optimize performance and develop and maintain performance testing scripts and frameworks.
  • Analyze test results and provide insights to improve system performance, ensuring scalability and reliability, and support business transformations.
  • Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines, perform API tests to ensure meet-up to 10k TPS performance targets, and manage integration service dependencies upstream and downstream.
  • Implement chaos engineering practices to test service resiliency with a strong background in performance testing, focus on high availability, throughput proficiency, and performance testing tools like JMeter and Blazemeter.
  • Experience with monitoring and profiling tools, such as New Relic, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics, with a deep understanding of API testing automation knowledge and cloud-based environments, AWS familiarity, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, experience in chaos engineering, improving service resiliency, experience with AWS, Azure, GCP cloud platforms, knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization, Docker, Kubernetes.
