Senior Full Stack Engineer Job Description

This is a senior-level engineering position at an early-stage tech startup in Sydney, Australia.

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience to take on this exciting challenge.

  • Develop and maintain scalable systems using Ruby on Rails and React
  • Lead architectural and infrastructure discussions
  • Own features from concept through to deployment – end-to-end responsibility
  • Collaborate closely with product and design teams
  • Participate in roadmap and product direction conversations
  • Contribute to the development of a high-performance engineering culture

The ideal candidate will be based in Sydney and work a hybrid schedule (2-3 days/week onsite). They will have prior experience in early-stage start-ups or lean tech teams and familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, AWS, Terraform.
