Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Specialist to join our team and support clients across the ACT and Sapphire Coast. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in business banking, particularly in building and leading successful portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of established clients while actively identifying new opportunities through your network and referral partners.
  • Deliver tailored financial solutions by deeply understanding complex client needs and collaborating with product specialists.
  • Be part of a collaborative team of business development professionals, working flexibly in a way that suits you.
  • Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation in the region.

Requirements & Benefits:

  • Focus on businesses turning over between $2M and $20M.
  • Flexible work arrangement with tools and support to flourish.

Qualifications:

  • A strong background in commercial lending and a deep understanding of banking products and services.
