The Opportunity

A mechanical team leader position has become available at our Melbourne site. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering AM work on time as specified by OEMs.
  • Providing technical support to maintenance and production teams.
  • Assisting with job planning and scoping.
  • Leading a team of fitters, contractors, and other support staff.
  • Implementing continuous improvement processes and efficient machine maintenance practices.
  • Supporting external stakeholders and managing component ordering.
