The Opportunity

We are seeking expressions of interest from Law Graduates to join our innovative and market-leading Digital Legal Delivery practice as Legal Analysts in Melbourne, Perth, or Brisbane.

The Team

Our Digital Legal Delivery team supports businesses needing invention and fresh thinking from their legal advisers alongside the technical excellence you expect from a leading global law firm.

Key Responsibilities

As a Legal Analyst, you will work closely with Managers, Senior Solicitors, Solicitors, and expert lawyers within HSF. Your day could involve:

  • Conducting document review, due diligence, and other fee-earning work as required.
  • Providing general matter support to the Manager, Senior Solicitors, and Solicitors.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of relevant areas of law to the Digital Legal Delivery practice.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial disciplines on matters including time-recording.
  • Providing ad-hoc assistance on client matters and related tasks.

Skills & Experience

We are seeking expressions of interest from candidates who have:

  • A bachelor's degree in law.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to review, analyse, and organise documentary and factual evidence.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
