Job Overview

The role of a Business Banking Manager is crucial in helping achieve the business bank's vision by building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with customers.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for collaborating and partnering with other Senior Business Banking Managers to relationship manage a portfolio of medium enterprise (SME) clients, providing direct support and solutions tailored to their needs.

You will conduct regular customer needs reviews to identify opportunities for growth, prepare high-quality sales proposal documents, and ensure deal quality is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with SME clients to understand their business needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Conduct regular customer needs reviews to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Prepare high-quality sales proposal documents and submissions to achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with other Senior Business Banking Managers to manage a portfolio of SME clients and achieve business targets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Business Banking, with a focus on SME clients.
  • Expert understanding of the needs and opportunities for small to medium businesses, including challenges, trends, and the competitive and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
