Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and developing strategies to drive business growth. You will lead projects from proposal through to delivery, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client liaison: Act as the main point of contact, fielding briefs, managing expectations and keeping clients informed
  • Resource planning: Coordinate scheduling and team capacity across projects to ensure efficient delivery
  • Account Management: Oversee budgets, timelines and project reporting to ensure seamless execution
  • Contribute to strategy work: Collaborate on brand and marketing strategy and presentations to clients
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with designers, strategists, developers and partners to deliver high-quality work and contribute to team culture

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years' experience in account or project management
  • Experience in a creative studio / agency environment
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail
  • Process-driven approach, with the ability to juggle multiple project priorities
  • Confidence presenting work in front of clients
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with project tools like Asana or Trello is a bonus
  • A general understanding of digital marketing is beneficial but not essential
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves in a small team
