Youth Program Developer

Job Overview
This role is responsible for developing and implementing programs that cater to the needs and interests of school-age children in Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the program regularly to ensure alignment with the 'My Time - Our Place' Framework.
- Provide guidance and support to the team on best practice programming.
- Work on administrative tasks and efficient day-to-day operation of the service.
- Advising families about the program, policies, and procedures when required.
Requirements
- Qualifications or significant experience in working in outside school hours care.
- Skills and experience in team leadership.
- Completion of the Identify & Respond to Children and Young People at Risk certificate.
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to Outside School Hours Care and the National Quality Framework as it applies to Outside School Hours Care.
- Current First Aid certification/CPR certification/Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
- Working With Children Check.
