About the Opportunity

Snowflake is a leading cloud data platform that mobilizes the world's data. Our Professional Services team accelerates customers' time-to-value and helps them achieve business outcomes on the Snowflake Data Cloud.


Responsibilities
  • Develop a Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy with partner sales teams to target markets, define joint offerings, and engagement rules.
  • Select and onboard new services partners, ensuring they are enabled on Snowflake features and best practices for delivery.
  • Manage commercial relationships, including master services agreements, subcontracting, and compliant joint engagements.
  • Collaborate with partner sales teams to develop and close joint services opportunities, building a robust pipeline and helping partners scale with Snowflake services.
Essential Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in partner-facing or alliance management roles within an enterprise software company.
  • 5+ years of experience in Professional Services sales, either directly or through partners.
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships with Global System Integrators and boutique consultancies.
  • Proven track record of managing sales pipelines and exceeding targets in a partner-centric sales model.
  • Strong understanding of services contracts, statements of work, and commercial aspects of subcontracting and partner agreements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Direct experience with key Snowflake partners.
  • Hands-on experience with the Snowflake Data Cloud platform.
  • Deep understanding of the data and analytics landscape.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization.
