**Position Title**: Ecosystem Partnerships Manager

**Reporting Line**: General Manager, ANZ

**Position Purpose**:
The Ecosystem Partnerships Manager is responsible for ADP's ecosystem partnership strategy and effective governance of the executive relationship with ADP's ecosystem partners to drive business outcomes for Australia and New Zealand markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with solution and channel partners to optimize integration and end to end operational deliverables while driving improvements to deliver a seamless, competitive modern experience.
- Design and implement a consistent framework and cadence of ecosystem partnership interactions as well as tailor frameworks to individual ecosystem partners.
- Proactively explore into ecosystem development territory (opening new categories, segments, market niches).
- Develop and maintain broad and deep external partner relations with solution and channel partners in all solutions areas.
- Serve as a focal point of client contact for all ADP ecosystem partners for key tactical or operational interactions.
- Stay abreast of ADP ecosystem partners' propositions, their markets, business challenges and customer opportunities.
- Identify and proactively manage any business risks or developments that may threaten the ecosystem partner relationship.
- Develop and execute attainable strategy plans based on market needs.
- Lead projects with notable risk and complexity; develop the strategy for project execution.
- Build multi-level relationships with partners including those at executive level.
- Collaborate with different ANZ teams to achieve the best business results.
- Analyze company needs and propose alternative solutions aimed at improving quality and capability that best meet business needs.
- Support senior leaders with a data-driven approach to support best business decisions.
- Strengthen governance and processes with internal teams and ecosystem partners.
- Collaborate with GSO to ensure alignment on contracts/risk management and mitigation with all ecosystem partners.
- Communicate complex ideas, anticipate potential objections, and persuade others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view
- Explore channel incentives and longer-term education, training and loyalty programs.

**Experience**:

- 8+ years Consulting / Professional Services / Strategy / Channel Marketing experience
- Strong track record of success in building strategic ecosystem partnerships.
- Proven in-depth understanding of the value proposition for ecosystem partners.
- Sound business background with demonstrated ability to remain up to date and current with changes in market.
- Demonstrated experience working on large and complex projects.
- Experience in creating /implementing processes, policies, and methodologies both internally and with ecosystem partners.
- Demonstrated accomplishments that highlight self-motivation.
- Sound experience with monthly reporting, analysis, and team activity planning.
- Strong technical acumen.
- Executive presentation skills.

**Certifications / Qualifications**:

- Degree within Business /Marketing
- Proven relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
