Job Details

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Care Leader to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the well-being of our residents.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Clinical Leadership: You'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical care, ensuring that patients receive evidence-based treatment and support.
  • Team Management: As a Clinical Care Leader, you'll supervise and lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they're working effectively and efficiently.
  • Patient-Centred Care: You'll work closely with patients and their families to understand their needs and preferences, developing personalized care plans that cater to their unique requirements.

Requirements:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent.
  • You hold a current AHPRA Registration and can provide statements of service from previous roles.
  • You have experience in a clinical leadership role and the proven ability to work with a team.
  • You understand the requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
