This role is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and management of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes across all regions. As an ITSM Specialist, you will be working closely with the global team to design, implement, and manage ITSM processes based on the ITIL framework.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures within Service Operations to ensure consistency and efficiency in ITSM process execution.
- Lead service improvement projects and initiatives globally to identify areas for enhancement and implement recommendations.
- Provide training and support to staff on ITSM processes and tools to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in ITSM practices, including Change Management, Problem Management, and Configuration Management.
- Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to network and maintain relationships with other support teams.
- Formal tertiary qualification highly advantageous, but not essential.
- ITIL 4 Foundations Certificate.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM module.
