Property Leasing Professional

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Property Leasing Professional. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for handling rental enquiries, conducting open homes and inspections, performing routine inspections, preparing properties for online advertising, managing lease sign-ups, and undertaking ad hoc administrative duties.

As a Property Leasing Professional, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting on property performance.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A current Real Estate Certificate;
  • Your own car and valid driver's license;
  • Previous real estate experience is ideal but not essential;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • A professional and confident manner.
