Lease Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Lease Administrator to join our team. As a key point of contact for property managers, you will be responsible for ensuring that all lease administration tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing tenant lease requirements and ensuring accurate tenancy schedules are maintained
  • Producing tenant tax invoices and monitoring closure of lease events
  • Liaising with property managers to ensure lease abstractions and modifications are processed promptly
  • Maintaining bank guarantees and reminding property managers of tenant top-ups as required
  • Initiating sundry charges via the internal workflow platform
  • Maintaining tenancy schedule consistency and data for MRI and acumen reporting
  • Assisting with lease audits and conducting monthly reviews to ensure all records are closed to completion

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Lease Administration experience and/or property industry experience
  • Prior use of MRI or a similar platform would be advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Certificate of registration would be beneficial
