Financial Administrator and Payroll Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial requirements of our growing client base.
This role has flexible hours, but Monday and Thursday are required for payroll. We are looking for someone who is available to work part-time (20-25 hours per week).
We are seeking a positive team player with a can-do attitude, focused on delivering high-quality results in a timely and accurate manner. You will have experience with all elements of bookkeeping, including BAS preparation, and be able to work closely with clients' accountants.
You will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and deliver above-and-beyond expectations. Xero accounting software experience is highly desirable, as is certification and knowledge of other accounting systems.
Key tasks include:
- Managing financial and administrative tasks for a growing client base
- Processing and completing payroll, purchase orders, invoices, and statements
- Building relationships with clients and ensuring they are kept up-to-date
Additional tasks may include assisting with the creation of new accounts, creating business workflow charts, and conducting training sessions for clients.
