About The Role
Reporting to the Head of People Services, you'll be the go-to expert for all things payroll—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the employee lifecycle. This is more than just processing numbers; it's about enhancing the employee experience and supporting our People & Culture strategy. This is a contract role until January 2027.
Responsibilities
Manage monthly payroll for all CPA Australia locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Partner with our outsourced payroll provider to maintain high service standards.
Oversee end-of-period and end-of-financial-year payroll activities globally.
Provide exceptional support to employees and stakeholders on payroll matters.
Maintain and improve payroll policies and procedures for compliance and consistency.
Support internal and external audits with timely and accurate information.
Stay ahead of legislative changes to ensure global compliance.
Deliver accurate People & Culture payroll reporting to mitigate risk.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for SAP SuccessFactors 'PeopleHub'.
Assist with the annual remuneration review through data analysis and reporting.
About You / Qualifications
Proven experience managing payroll, ideally across multiple global locations.
Familiarity with ADP Payforce and ADP Streamline is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about delivering quality work.
