
Strategic Employee Relations Lead

Brighter Futures Start Here. We are seeking a senior leader to spearhead our Employee Relations and Advisory team.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable employee relations experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They should have a track record of successfully developing and delivering Employee Relations strategies and solutions that deliver optimal outcomes for team engagement and business return.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of an integrated Employee Relations strategy and framework across two retail brands.
- Oversee the delivery of a comprehensive enterprise bargaining schedule in line with the corporate plan and strategy.
- Spearhead the continued refinement and expansion of the Advisory services model.
- Manage employment and bargaining related litigation across both brands.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters.
- Develop and continue renewal of ER related policies, documentation and processes for best practice and regulatory compliance.
- Engage and inspire a large team of HR professionals.
