Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience working in a FMCG/GMP environment processing of salads and ready made meals is essential.

This exciting opportunity for an Morning and Afternoon Shift Production Area Manager will see you take on a key operational leadership role and assist with all production related activities while enhancing our operations, mentoring your direct reports, and maintaining a focus on exceeding team and company targets.
A day in the life:
- Support operations and guide the focus of your team to ensure efficiencies are at a maximum with both people and machinery.
- Mentor, develop, and lead your team leaders to take charge of daily production.
- Create a product quality focus amongst teams that is upheld every day.
- Identify and initiate continuous improvements in production processes and procedures.
- Provide support to the Operations Manager on the site to deliver production throughputs and case fill.
- Foster a strong sense of Work Health and Safety.
- Achieve stock control and WIP targets.
- Enhance work place planning and scheduling.
- Experience in FMCG or Short Shelf Life processing and manufacturing is essential.
