Leadership Role

Foster a productive work environment and drive team engagement as a Production Supervisor.

  • Establish clear expectations, provide necessary resources and tools for success, along with high support and high challenge.
  • Consistently offer open and honest feedback 'in the moment', recognising excellent work, and addressing performance issues promptly.
  • Identify and promote continuous improvement to products, processes, and systems within any aspect of the work environment.
  • Collaborate with supply, maintenance, and planning teams to enhance productivity and make necessary adjustments to the production plan.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment that does not tolerate unsafe behaviour or actions.
  • E nsure food safety, legality, and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Experience in FMCG or other fast-paced production/manufacturing environments would be highly valued.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Extensive problem-solving skills and ability to find solutions when faced with challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
