Job Description

As an experienced project leader, you will oversee the delivery of water infrastructure projects, including water treatment facilities and pipeline networks. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery, coordinating with engineering teams, contractors, and government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage planning, execution, and delivery of water treatment and distribution projects
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and government stakeholders
  • Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Ensure compliance with water industry regulations and safety standards
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
  • Prepare reports and present project updates to senior management
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to join our team. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in water infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and pipeline systems
  • Familiarity with Australian water regulations and environmental standards
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
